Enables quick and easy track side wheel changes on the S2 / S3 Elise, Exige and VX220.
Eliminates the use of the poorly designed Original wheel locking and removal tools.
Manufactured from 5S99G High tensile Steel these are the highest quality wheel studs you can buy.
Precision Rolled M12 x 1.5 pitch threads 3 x stronger than the cheaper die cut alternatives.
The rounded ends alleviate cross threading.

TORQUE STUDS BETWEEN 50-60Nm USING THE THREADLOCK PROVIDED.
WHEEL NUTS CAN BE TORQUED TO OEM TIGHTNESS.
Xylan coat corrosion resistant finish developed for the US Navy to withstand corrosive environments and has to pass a 1000 hour salt spray test.
The 30 micron coating has excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
The design incorporates a 9mm Hex head so it can be torqued correctly without the need for cumbersome locking nuts or stud extraction tools.
We have also added 10mm to the length over the Original wheel bolts to enable the use of wheel spacers should they be required.
Even the shoulder has been specifically designed thicker so that the brake disc bell is not damaged on the threaded area.
Supplied complete with 16 (or 20) Silver steel wheel nuts and a very strong threadlock adhesive.

LIGHTWEIGHT WHEEL NUTS ARE 19MM IN SIZE, CHECK YOU CAN FIT A 19MM SOCKET IN YOUR WHEEL BEFORE ORDERING.
N.B. If using with Team Dynamic Wheels a 3mm wheel spacer is required.
