Lotus V6 Exige Wishbone Bearing kit

Rubber bushes are adequate for a standard road car but for those wanting extra performance and handling require something more precise.

The EP Tuning Spherical bearing replacements allow more accurate geometry settings and do not distort under natural road forces for better overall and predictable handling.

The kit does away with the rubber bushes and replaces them with the highest grade sealed for life PTFE bearings along with high grade Nitrile rubber O Rings which require no maintenance.

CNC machined from 6262-T6 Aluminium which has higher corrosion resistance and heat compliance than 7075.

Hard natural anodising gives a tougher, harder surface and higher corrosion resistance than standard coloured anodising.

THE EP Tuning outer sleeves are a unique design that incorporates stainless steel circlips that are designed to alleviate linear movement of the sleeve within the wishbone and the bearing within the sleeve.

Full Kit Comprises;

8 x Fully Built Rear Wishbone Bearing assemblies including Bearings, Nitrile ‘O’ rings, Stainless Steel Circlips and Spacers.

8 x PTFE Lined Spherical Bearings for the Front Wishbones.

16 x Hard Anodised Wishbone Bearing Spacers

16 x High quality Nitrile rubber ‘O’ rings seals.

Sachet of grease for fitment of the bearings.

Optional is a set of removal and fitment tools as the bearing needs to be placed exactly central within the wishbone bush housing.

The tools will enable removal of the original bushes and fitment of ALL the bearings within the wishbones.
