Perfect upgrade for the track enthusiast. I went for the slightly more track focused recommended spring rates (425/525) and am thrilled with the improvment. On my first outing (with the car not optimally set up) I went 1.5 seconds quicker than my previous best lap time! Road performance is more than acceptable too - in a lot of ways far superior to the standard setup. Far less banging through the chassis on sharp bumps and although firm very compliant when the dampers are backed off as recommended.
Superbly engineered and well worth the money. Best upgrade I've made to my Rover engined S2....
