Many years of development and testing have been invested in our unique design 4 Pot EP Tuning brake calipers.

We have these calipers on several 400+ BHP race cars for the past 4 years to enable us to be fully confident of their capabilities.

Now combined with our EP Racing Brake Discs to create the best brake kit available for the S2 / S3 Elise and S2 Exige.

Our kit includes:

308mm EP Racing Brake Discs with either fixed or floating bells.

EP Tuning – AP Equivalent Brake Discs.

Made at the same UK foundry as used by AP Racing and other top specification brake disc manufacturers.

Same grade of Steel used but ours are made from new casting moulds so the internals line up perfectly.

Developed specifically to suit the Lotus range with improved areas such as air gaps, curved vanes and wall thicknesses.

These modifications assist by keeping the overall weight down whilst improving heat dissipation and air flow through the disc rotor.

We also take them one stage further on the final heat treatment.

After heat treatment they are precision ground perfectly flat and dynamically balanced.

Although these are less expensive than AP or Alcon we offer the same warranty.

EP Tuning Calipers with 36mm / 40mm Pistons designed to work in conjunction with 2 Pot rear brakes.

The calipers have several benefits over calipers that are made for the Lotus range

These benefits include:

Lighter than any other 4 Pot caliper.

More surface area thus will dissipate heat better.

Smaller leading edge piston alleviates uneven pad wear.

Internal fluid oil ways (external pipes can be damaged by stones and track debris).

Manufactured from Aircraft grade Billet Alloy.

Hard anodised and powder coated for ultimate corrosion resistance.

Unique two bolt centre Bridge for increased stiffness.

8 Cross bolt design.

Stiffer than AP 4 Pot or AP BBK calipers.

Easier to bleed than standard calipers.

EP Tuning Adaptor Brackets.

Uniquely designed with built-in mounting studs and supplied with aircraft specification K-Nuts.

Our studs have been specially machined with a "D" shaped head to prevent spinning and then pressed in to the mount for maximum strength.

Goodridge 4 Pot Brake Hoses.

Produced by Goodridge exclusively for us, these hoses are made from FULL Stainless Steel including the Banjo fittings and bolts.

Pagid RST3 Brake Pads.

Still one of the best track / racing brake pads for the Elise.

High friction and bite, great modulation and pad life.
